What should I bring to my Denver Nephrology appointment?
- a list of current medications, including dose and frequency
- copies of medical records that may be pertinent to your current condition
- we will ask you for a sample of urine so we may examine it under the microscope, so if you can, please be prepared to provide a fresh sample for us at the time of your visit
I'm a dialysis patient. Is there a dialysis facility located near my home?
Denver Nephrology attends the care of patients with ESRD at 27 outpatient dialysis facilities in metro Denver, plus 4 Home Care Clinics for patients on peritoneal or home hemodialysis (located at the Lowry, North Metro, Parker and Lakewood facilities), an outpatient facility in Burlington, CO and also a facility within Briarwood Nursing home in central Denver. We also provide Nocturnal Hemodialysis at the Lakewood Crossing, Lone Tree and North Metro DaVita facilities, and the FMC-Aurora facility.
