What should I bring to my Denver Nephrology appointment?
- A list of current medications, including dose and frequency
- Copies of medical records that may be pertinent to your current condition
- We will ask you for a sample of urine so we may examine it under the microscope, so if you can, please be prepared to provide a fresh sample for us at the time of your visit
I’m a dialysis patient. Is there a dialysis facility located near my home?
Denver Nephrology attends the care of patients with ESRD at 27 outpatient dialysis facilities in metro Denver, plus 4 Home Care Clinics for patients on peritoneal or home hemodialysis (located at the Lowry, North Metro, Parker and Lakewood facilities). We also provide Nocturnal Hemodialysis at the Lakewood Crossing, Lone Tree and North Metro DaVita facilities, and the FMC-Aurora facility.
